About Niramaya Yoga
”’Niramaya”A school of Yoga Education, wings of ‘NIRAMAYA” Charitable Trust, started journey since 2016, as a non-profit organization registered on 2019. NIRAMAYA conducts courses, classes, awareness, workshop including different programmes, on traditional and advanced yogic practices. In association with various Yoga Institution, Association Niramaya is promoting the courses of YCB also. The moto of the organization is “Be well, Spread wellness.”
Dr. Ajit Kumar Bhattacharjee, an eminent doctor from Barak Valley named this organization/school “Niramaya”. Divya Geetanand and Shatakshi Bhattacharjee are the two pioneer of the institution. The inspiration behind the establishment of “Niramaya” came from world famous Yogi Spiritual Master Late Swami Shivananda Swraswati, Yoga Guru Late Radhesh Chandra Chakraborty ( Founder of Katirail Yoga Center, Assam) and Late Nilotpol Choudhury (Ex. Executive Director, Dainik Jugsankha Patrika).The board members of “Niramaya” are headed by 8 distinguished people from various domains. The success behind this initiative has only been possible due to everyone’s constructive contribution to the betterment of the organization. The institution has been making people aware of the importance of yoga by conducting many significant events, courses etc. The Niramaya is working with many Prestigious Educational Institutions to spread proper Yoga Education.

1) To promote yogic practices in urban, sub urban and rural areas of Barak Valley including South Assam (North-East ).
2) To train and create a team of dedicated and experienced teachers who can spread the philosophy of yoga far and wide.
3) To conduct research work in the field of yoga.
4) To promote the activities and courses of YCB (Ayush ministry , Govt. of India) across the valley including South Assam (North-East ).
1) To conduct voluntary regular sessions in remote schools, colleges and community centres of Barak Valley including South Assam (North-East ).
2) To improve the physical and mental health of urban population who are suffering from various diseases due to unhealthy food habit and lifestyle.
A) To support and promote yoga practice.
B) To promote Yoga education in schools, colleges, universities and various organizations.
C) To Establish Residential Yoga School & Wellness centre as well as therapy Centre.
